I’ve *starred some of my personal values, but since each person is different, take time to go through this list and pick our your top 5 values. Then, when you have your top values, line up your goals with your values.
Is there harmony with your values and goals, or is there a disconnect? Your goals should support your values, otherwise you will find yourself in conflict over achieving your goals, because they don’t align with your values. On the other hand, if your values and goals are supporting one another, you will be more likely to achieve the goal and more motivated to achieve your goals because they support and fulfill your values.
So, take time to evaluate your current goals based on your values of what matters most.
To your success,
