Menu Plan Monday – July 19

It’s time for Menu Plan Monday again!

Since I have started my CLEAN program, my meals are simple: smoothie for breakfast and dinner, and lunch from the elimination diet okay list.  So, here’s what I am eating for lunches, since the smoothies don’t require any planning at all.

Monday: Salad with Grilled Chicken (pasture-fed)

Tuesday: Lentil Dish Quesadilla

Wednesday: Salad with Grilled Chicken (pasture-fed)

Thursday: Chicken Fried Rice (made the CLEAN way with brown rice/wild rice and no soy sauce) (pasture-fed)

Friday: Leftover Buffet

Saturday: Leftover Buffet

Sunday: Lamb Gyro (minus the pita, extra cucumber)

Cooking for one is producing a LOT of leftovers, since every meal is enough for about 4-6 portions, so I have been freezing many of the portions, and hubby has even tried some of the meals too.
