It’s day 3 of the 21 day CLEAN program. Today was another good day! I spent the day cleaning and creating a pantry and freezer inventory (post to come next week!) so when I looked up at the clock, I found that I had already missed breakfast and most of “lunch”! I was hungry though, so here’s what I had to eat today:
Breakfast – none
Lunch – Lentil Chicken Quesadilla with Homemade Guacamole
Dinner – Mango Juice with Cherries
Usually when I do the mango juice and cherries, I just blend them together (by the way, I LOVE my Magic Bullet Blender), but tonight, I just put the frozen cherries in the mango juice like ice cubes. Then ate them as I drank!
