It’s day 8 in the 21 day CLEAN program. We are having a crazy week, which is part of the reason I am just opting for leftovers. Cooking CLEAN foods tends to take more time. But, this is good, because the food is also less processed. Still working through some leftovers, so obviously taking a few day hiatus from the CLEAN regimen. I’ll be back on track tomorrow, I think.
Today:
Breakfast – Breakfast Sandwich
Lunch – Spaghetti
Dinner – Tea
Feeling tired today. Lots to do though as we get ready for school to start again as well. Which reminds me, I must make a new schedule! Perhaps tomorrow. zzzzz….
