It’s time for Menu Plan Monday again!
Since I have started my CLEAN program, my meals are simple: smoothie for breakfast and dinner, and lunch from the elimination diet okay list. So, here’s what I am eating for lunches, since the smoothies don’t require any planning at all.
Monday: Salad with Grilled Chicken (pasture-fed)
Tuesday: Lentil Dish Quesadilla
Wednesday: Salad with Grilled Chicken (pasture-fed)
Thursday: Chicken Fried Rice (made the CLEAN way with brown rice/wild rice and no soy sauce) (pasture-fed)
Friday: Leftover Buffet
Saturday: Leftover Buffet
Sunday: Lamb Gyro (minus the pita, extra cucumber)

It’s day 4 of my elimination diet, and this is turning out to be easier than I thought so far. I have not had many food cravings for things I can’t have, and I am looking forward to the cleanse portion starting tomorrow!
Today’s menu was finishing off the lentil dish!
Breakfast: Lentil Dish
Lunch: Salad with Chicken (pasture-fed)
Dinner: Lentil Dish with Chicken (pasture-fed)
Simple. Easy. On to the clean program tomorrow!
To your success, Dr. Laura

Another good day on the elimination diet today. I actually feel great!
And, what’s really more of a surprise is that I am liking almost everything I have tried so far! (And, you can ask my husband, I am generally a picky eater!)
Today’s menu included a new raw bar, the Raspberry Chocolate one by Raw Revolution. I am really quite intrigued, since I don’t generally like ANY nutritional bar, but I have liked ALL THREE of the raw ones I have tried! How about that!
Breakfast: Raw Revolution Raspberry Chocolate Bar
Lunch: Salad with Chicken (organic, pasture-fed)

It’s day 2 of the elimination diet, which by the way, is not really a diet. An elimination “diet” consists of removing foods from your diet that are common allergens. Usually, people go on elimination diets to determine what foods may be causing digestive or other problems.
This was the case for me twice, as I went on an elimination diet after the birth of both of my children, and found out in the process that they were allergic to dairy and soy that I was eating (they were receiving it through breastmilk). After cutting dairy . . . → Read More: CLEAN Elimination Diet – Day 2

Okay, it’s time! I am back from a recent trip, and although I have been semi eating off the elimination diet list for the Clean Program, now that I am back, it’s time to get down to business! So, starting today, I’ll be doing three days of elimination diet followed by the 21 days of cleansing. I am so excited, because everything that I keep reading has been reinforcing this path, so it’s quite obvious to me that God wants me to be doing this.
In fact, just this morning, I was . . . → Read More: CLEAN Elimination Diet – Day 1

I was going through my freezer this past week, and I realized that I have an enormous amount of food already prepared – thanks to freezer cooking! So, this week marks a deviation to my elimination diet plan as well as my usual menu planning.
I started my elimination diet last week, but found the large stash of food in the freezer to be a distraction – and of course, not wanting to waste any food, I did eat things that were not allowed on the elimination diet. So, here’s my revamped plan – I am . . . → Read More: Menu Plan Monday – June 28 and My New Plan For Clean Elimination Diet
