I had never even heard of reading the Bible in 90 Days until I stumbled across Mom’s Toolbox’s blog on July 5. I saw that Jessica from LifeAsMom.com had posted that she was reading the Bible in 90 days, and I thought it sounded interesting, so I checked it out.
Well, little did I know that the program was starting THAT DAY.
Oh yeah, and I had a Bible (or two), but they were all small tiny print. How was I going to read through that (this coming from someone who should be wearing glasses, but chooses instead to . . . → Read More: My Bible in 90 Days Experience

It is 11 pm EST here on day 90 of the Bible in 90 Days challenge, and I am so overwhelmed. I just finished reading, and really am quite speechless.
Three days ago I had almost 200 pages left (out of 1048) to finish, and three busy days coming up, but I prayed that somehow God would enable me to finish on time. Well, He delivered. Perhaps time stood still. I know He gave me extra hours to read in the past three days. It was only by His grace that I have finished on time. And, I am . . . → Read More: I Finished! Quick post today, as I am still reading the Bible in 90 Days, and it’s crunch time with two days to go! Actually, I have just today mainly, because Saturday is going to be a busy one.
I have 145 pages left, it’s all about reading today and tomorrow! So, no Frugal Friday post today!
Thanks for your prayers!
In Christ,

The end is near! I am reading through the Bible in 90 Days, and this experience has been nothing short of phenomenal. In fact, I would highly recommend that you read the Bible in a short time like this. It’s much more like a novel, and a lot easier to piece everything together.
Today, It’s day 85 of 90. Just 5 days left to go. I am excited to say that today I finished the Old Testament. That’s right folks! I am now on page 813 out of 1048 – just shy of the 200 page mark!

As you may know, I am reading through the Bible in 90 Days. This has been quite an experience and I am so thankful for everything that God has been showing me through this journey.
I am still catching up. As I mentioned last week, with children back in school, I have more time to dedicate to reading, so I am reading about 50 pages a day Monday through Thursday. Friday, Saturday and Sunday are harder days. Especially this past weekend, when we had family come for a visit. But, still I am persevering and committed to finishing on . . . → Read More: Bible in 90 Days Update – 12 Days To Go!

I am still far behind. We are supposed to be on page 852 by the end of the day and I am on page 450. That’s 400 pages behind. We are on day 71, which means there is 19 days left. There are 1048 pages in my Bible and I have 598 left. That’s about 32 pages a day for the next 19 days.

At the beginning of July, I joined Mom’s Toolbox in Reading the Bible in 90 Days.
I was on track for a little while. Then two out-of-town trips happened. And summer with children’s activities happened.
And I got behind. WAY behind.
But, the commitment to finish on time is still there. We have less than one month to go, and I have 721 pages left. As of this morning, I am on page 327. According to Amy, I should be on page 768 today. That’s quite a bit behind.
So, instead of reading 12 pages a day, because we . . . → Read More: Bible in 90 Days Update

I was reading over at Organizing Junkie today and came across a wonderful blog post that reminded me to remember my priorities.
And, I also was visiting Mom’s Toolbox for another great post about honoring commitments, especially those we have made before God.
Off to read my Bible. Thank you Lord for the reminders today to keep my priorities straight: God, Family, Work.
Amen.
To your success,
Dr. Laura

What an amazing adventure the 31 Goals in 31 Days Challenge has been! I have been able to accomplish many things, and while some others are still “works in progress”, overall it was a great experience both personally and in my businesses.
I thought I would recap each of the 31 days so this will be a bit of a long post, and I’ll also let you know how I’m doing now toward these goals and what the outcome was. So, here we go…
