What an amazing adventure the 31 Goals in 31 Days Challenge has been! I have been able to accomplish many things, and while some others are still “works in progress”, overall it was a great experience both personally and in my businesses.
I thought I would recap each of the 31 days so this will be a bit of a long post, and I’ll also let you know how I’m doing now toward these goals and what the outcome was. So, here we go…

I would like to think that I am an optimistic person, but unfortunately, I often view the glass as half empty instead of half full.

Well, I guess I put this goal off as long as I could. Today is about adding exercise. My idea of exercise is really keeping up with the kids, cleaning, and organizing. And, while all of those things DO provide a level of exercise, I need to do something more regularly.

I stumbled across this post today on the Above Rubies site, and just had to pass it along. Even if you are not a woman, or a mother, you can still glean some good information about some common time wasters:
The Telephone.
You can waste hours of time talking and gossiping on the telephone. Not only is it time-wasted, but this is usually when your children get into trouble, or be naughty because they realize the phone has taken mother’s attention away from them.

You cannot afford to watch TV. Really, you cannot. Do you have any debt? If so, sitting on your butt in front of the boob tube is not going to get you out of your predicament any faster. You can be certain that you are in fact cheating your family out of thousands of dollars in residual income, and a lifetime of fun and freedom!
